I have always been passionate about understanding the human relationships. As soon as I graduated in Psychology in Brazil, in 2003, I started working with children, teenagers, and adults.

 

Seeking to understand the human relationship even more, in 2010 I completed the Postgraduate Degree in Family and Couple Therapy at PUC-SP. In 2016 I moved to the United States. Here, I graduated with highest honors in Master's in Family and Couple Therapy at NSU - Fort Lauderdale.

I have extensive experience in clinical psychology, offering intervention and therapy in the specific areas of: women in distress, finding a life purpose, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and couple relationship challenges, ADHD, individualization and personality development in twins and in singles.

​

As a therapist, I embrace a systemic approach, and I am trained from various modalities like DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Narrative Therapy. By cultivating a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing space, I invite my clients to dive in, process, strengthen their strengths, and most importantly, improve their relationship with themselves.​​
